1. ORDERS 

Orders should be placed in writing by email order@cellecbiotek.com 


2. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Each purchase order will be subject to a confirmation indicating pricing for the goods, pricing for transportation and a tentative delivery date (approximately 30 days after price offer acceptance).


3. PAYMENT

Payment can be made only through bank wire transfer. The bank account details are indicated on the pricing offer and on the invoice. For any additional information, you may contact us by email to administration@cellecbiotek.com


4. PAYMENT TERMS

Unless stated otherwise on the pricing offer or invoice, payment should be done cash in advance. In some cases CELLEC Biotek AG may allow payment terms of net 30 days after date of invoice. Interests will be charged on any amount overdue at the monthly rate of 10% (ten percent). 


5. FREIGHT TERMS (INCOTERM) 

Unless stated otherwise, goods will be purchase Ex Works. Customer can also enquire in writing for other payment terms to be applied.

The customer or their forwarder bears responsibility for inspecting the merchandise for damage upon delivery before accepting the shipment. If the shipment shows any signs of damage, it is the responsibility of the receiver to refuse the shipment, or have the carrier note the damage at the time of delivery on bill of lading. If a specific carrier is preferred, customer must specify it on the Purchase Order AND by email to order@cellecbiotek.com. If no such precision is given, CELLEC Biotek AG may propose to arrange transportation, at the expense of the customer.


6. WARRANTY

a) A 2 (two) years warranty is valid on the following CELLEC BIOTEK AG products:

- U-CUP Rack

- Harvard Apparatus syringe pump  (applicable directly with Harvard Apparatus)

b) Consumable items (disposable and spare parts) are under warranty until the first use or their expiry date.

CELLEC BIOTEK cannot be considered as liable for any damage including personal injury, loss of use, loss of work in progress, down time, loss of revenue or profits, failure to realize savings resulting from use or failure of the product unless this damage can be proven to have been caused by CELLEC BIOTEK gross negligence. CELLEC BIOTEK AG is not responsible for damage that occurs as a result of failure to follow instructions that are included with the starter kit or can be sent to customer upon request.


7. CANCELLATION OF ORDER

For any order cancelled, a re-stocking fee of 15% of the total invoice, plus freight charges will be applied for all cancelled shipments.


8. TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

Our technical service is at the customer’s disposal to provide them with any required assistance in using the product and may be contacted at support@cellecbiotek.com


9. RETURNS

For any intended return, permission of CELLEC BIOTEK should be sought before proceeding to shipment, and this in strict compliance with our return shipment instructions. Product must be returned within 90 days of purchase, unaltered, in their original packaging, including all parts, products labels, and manuals. Any returned items may be subject to a 20% processing fee.
